Villas can be rented by the day, by the week or by the month. The rates are clearly marked on the prices page of each resort which are inclusive of tax and service charges with no hidden extras. The prices will then be reconfirmed by email along with availability on the dates requested. A this stage booking instructions can be sent allowing our clients an easy and secure reservation service with no double bookings. We also respond to customers questions about the Island and any questions that you may have about the chosen resorts. This is unlike the larger non-local booking websites who are unable to respond to specific questions for any resort.

Bovy Beach House - Sri Thanu Bovy Beach House have developed a range of studios on the beach at Sri Thanu with self catering facilities, ensuite bathrooms, veranda with table and chairs and a choice of air conditioning or fan cooling. The S Style have 1 or 2 bedrooms, are decorated with Bali style wooden interiors and are the largest in the three accommodation styles. The B & C styles are more traditional Thai bungalows with fan cooling. Other resorts, shops and restaurants are closeby for those who don't want to cook for themselves.

Sandy Bay Villas - Haad Yao Sandy Bay Villas are positioned on the beachfront at Haad Yao - one of Koh Phangans most popular beaches.
